Amanda Bernal-Ransom

Amanda Bernal-Ransom has extensive work experience with Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC). Amanda started in 2007 as a Resource Development Analyst, where they conducted research and developed potential donors for social service programs and events. Amanda also coordinated the written component of the resource development program and worked closely with administration on grant writing. In 2008, Amanda became the Marketing & Relationship Manager at CPLC, a role they held until 2010. In 2014, they returned to CPLC as the Director of Workforce Development Services, overseeing workforce development, training and education programs. Currently, Amanda holds the position of Vice President of Resource Development at CPLC, a role they have held since 2017. In this position, they are responsible for fiscal oversight and management of all program and operational expenses for the CPLC Workforce Development Program and Learning and Development Department.
