Nic Smith

Vice President Real Estate Development at CPLC

Nic Smith has a diverse range of work experience. From 2016 to the present, they have served as the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC). Prior to this role, from 2015 to 2016, they were the Director of Real Estate Development and Design at the same company. Before joining CPLC, Nic owned their own company, Phundamental, PLLC, from 2011 to 2016. Nic started their career in 2005 as a Senior Project Manager at ASU Stardust Center, where they worked until 2012.

Nic Smith has a diverse education history. Nic obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Afterward, they pursued further studies at Arizona State University, where they earned a Master of Architecture degree from 2002 to 2004. Later, they returned to Arizona State University to specialize in Sustainable Technology and Management, completing a Custom Certificate program from 2007 to 2008. Finally, Nic pursued an additional degree in Real Estate Development at Arizona State University, obtaining a Master of Real Estate Development from 2009 to 2010.
