Jaelynn Theobalds possesses a diverse background in qualitative research and operations, with current experience as a Qualitative Research Analyst and previously as a Qualitative Research Associate at C+R Research since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools, where project planning and attendance data management were key responsibilities, as well as a role as Operations Coordinator focused on data analysis and staff training. Additional experience includes an internship at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, where innovative technology in the insurance sector was researched, and positions at Case Western Reserve University, where academic support and research contributions were made. Jaelynn Theobalds holds a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Case Western Reserve University.
