Cath Upham has a diverse background in finance and accounting, with experience spanning over two decades. Currently holding the position of Director of Commercial, Capability & Talent at CPM Australia, Cath has previously worked in various roles such as Financial Controller, Commercial Operations Manager, Financial Accountant, and Assistant Accountant at companies like CGU Insurance, Festival Mushroom Records, and Merrill Lynch. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Griffith University and further education in management and company directorship, Cath is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Continuing their education, Cath is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern Cross University.
