Abe Aon

Abe Aon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Abe currently serves as the Global Vice President of Aftermarket at CPM Holdings, Inc. Since joining WABCO in 2016, they have held various leadership roles, including Managing Director - Aftersales, Service & Support, North America. During their tenure at WABCO, Abe successfully developed go-to-market strategies, led AM integration for acquired companies, and grew the North American Aftermarket team. Prior to WABCO, Abe worked at Sogefi Group as a Business Unit Director and Director of Sales, and at Bosch North America as a Manager in sales, engineering, and application engineering. Abe started their career as a Project Engineer at ARBOC MOBILITY and later worked as a Sr. Application Engineer at DENSO. Abe also gained experience as an intern at Ricardo. Overall, Abe possesses extensive expertise in aftermarket operations, team management, sales, and technical marketing.

Abe Aon studied at Lawrence Technological University from 1998 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
