Andrew R. has extensive experience in the aftermarket and process solutions industry. Andrew most recently served as the Global Vice President-Aftermarket, Process Solutions at CPM, where they were responsible for overseeing the aftermarket division. Prior to that, they held various roles, including Director of Global Aftermarket at CPM and Senior Business Unit Manager - Aftermarket at Franklin Electric.

Andrew also held senior leadership positions at LDX Solutions, Flow International, Capstone Green Energy, IDEX Corporation/Faure Herman, Equipto (Consolidated Storage Companies), and Danaher Corporation. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of business management, including sales, marketing, product management, and new product development. Andrew has also been actively involved in strategy development, business automation processes, and potential M&A opportunities.

Andrew R. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which was obtained in 2004. Andrew also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Miami University. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew has obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) in Product Management, Value Selling, Ideation, and Strategic Planning from Danaher Corporation in 2002. Andrew also holds certifications in Giving and Receiving Feedback from LinkedIn (obtained in 2023), Rescue Diver from PADI (obtained in 2014), and ASA 101, 103, and 104 from the American Sailing Association.
