Bret Shankleton

Bret Shankleton is an experienced technical sales and operations professional with a diverse background in product development, quality assurance, compliance, and customer support. Currently serving as Technical Sales Manager at CPM since September 2025, Bret previously held various roles at ITW, including Business Unit Manager and Technical Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading a multi-site business unit and implementing strategic improvements. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Plant Manager and Director of Operations at Technical Chemical Company and US Can Company, respectively. Bret's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
