Joanna Markham

Joanna Markham is a current student pursuing a BA (Honours) in Criminology at The Open University since September 2021. Concurrently, Joanna serves as a BI Team Leader at CPM UK, where responsibilities include implementing reporting solutions, utilizing Power BI, and managing ETL processes with Alteryx. Previous roles include Commercial Ops Reporting Executive and Marketing Data Analyst at IRIS Software Group, where Joanna focused on performance insights for marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes a Research Analyst position at TLF Research, a Security Analyst role at Intouch Games LTD, and various positions at Gala Coral Group, specializing in fraud analysis and customer verification. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with Creative Writing from the University of Surrey.
