Andrew Stauch

Andrew Stauch has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Andrew started their career at The Beck Group in 2009 as a Process/MEP/Field Engineer Intern, where they worked on project closeout documentation and field verification. Andrew then progressed to roles such as Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and finally Project Manager. In these positions, they were involved in various aspects of project management, including material submission and approval, subcontracting, cost control, change order negotiation, owner relations, and coordination across multiple trades. Andrew also had responsibilities in field coordination, RFI's, field supervision, conflict resolution, and schedule management. Stauch joined CPM Texas in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Principal of the company in 2023.

Andrew Stauch attended Westlake High School from 2002 to 2006. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Business Administration at Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2011.
