Nicole Tedford (nee Gruenke) completed their primary and secondary education at Lakota West High School from 2004 to 2008. After graduating, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Economics, at Xavier University from 2009 to 2012. Nicole went on to obtain additional certifications in the field of employee benefits. In December 2016, they became a Compensation Management Specialist through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
