Timothy Kaiser

Timothy Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles in the field of information technology. Timothy currently holds the position of Senior System Administrator at CPO Commerce since October 2022. Previously, they worked as an IT & Systems Manager at Bonneville Labs from March 2022 to August 2022, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining IT solutions and operations.

Prior to that, Timothy worked as an Information Technology Operations Manager at PingPong from November 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they recommended and implemented security measures, managed cloud infrastructure, and developed security-related policies.

Timothy also held the position of Senior IT Systems Administrator at Mullen Technologies from April 2019 to November 2020 and IT Systems Administrator at Precision Coil Spring Company from March 2016 to April 2019. In addition, they served as an IT Administrator and Finishing CNC Machinist at Edro Engineering, Inc. from April 2014 to January 2016.

Before transitioning to the field of IT, Timothy worked as a Communication Data Sales Manager at New Wave Operations from March 2013 to March 2014 and as an Automation Technician/Masker at Arizona Coat LLC from July 2012 to March 2013. Timothy also gained experience in tech support as a Tier-1 Tech Support for U-Verse at AT&T from January 2012 to August 2012.

Timothy began their career in the service industry as a Server at Red Lobster from March 2010 to December 2011.

Timothy Kaiser completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University Global in 2016. Timothy furthered their education by obtaining additional certifications. In 2020, they became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) through Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2015, Timothy obtained certifications in Certified Network Pro, Certified Security Pro, and Certified Server Pro: Manage and Administer from TestOut Corporation. Most recently, in January 2022, they completed the Harassment Prevention: A Commonsense Approach - California Manager eLearning course from Kantola Training Solutions.
