Rusty Coulbourne

Rusty Coulbourne is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and operations. Currently serving as the Lead Architect & Supervisor for the Operations Platform at CPower Energy since November 2014, Rusty has accumulated extensive experience in application development, previously holding a position as ANLST 3-APPL DEV at Constellation Energy from September 2008 to November 2014. Earlier in the career, Rusty worked at Black and Decker from May 1998 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Advanced Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, both obtained from Villa Julie College, along with a High School Diploma from Calvert Hall College High School.
