David F. is an experienced Transformation Architect specializing in Lean Portfolio Management, currently working independently and with Cprime, Inc., where David supports clients in the animal and oral health sectors. Previously, David served as Senior Manager of Transformation at Walgreens, leading portfolio and business transformation initiatives, and as Principal Consultant Portfolio Manager at Discover Financial Services, where David co-led the Agile Transformation, achieving significant improvements in Agile adoption. David's earlier roles include consulting for the Rosenthal Collins Group’s PMO, managing US operations at Bravo Salto, and directing product innovation at Topco Associates and W.W. Grainger. David holds an MBA in Marketing from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
