Kaiser Qadir

Kaiser Qadir is an experienced Agile and Portfolio management professional with a robust background in transformation and delivery leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Portfolio and ART Coach at CNA Insurance, Kaiser leads feature enhancements and support for Policy Admin and Billing Value Streams, ensuring alignment among multiple Agile teams. Previous roles include Agile Delivery Lead at Fannie Mae, where Kaiser oversaw the development of Single Family features within an Agile Release Train, and SAFe Transformation Lead at Discover Financial Services, successfully realigning a large ART. Kaiser has also held significant positions at Fujifilm Medical Systems, Advance Auto Parts, State of Maryland, Allscripts, and Fidelity Investments, consistently focusing on Agile transformations, program management, and strategic coaching. Education includes a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
