Lydia Hawthorn

Lydia Hawthorn has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 with roles at Pareto Law as a Business Development Executive and Graduate Manager. Lydia then moved on to CYFOR as an eDisclosure Consultant, followed by Anexsys Ltd in a similar role. Lydia later worked at MWR InfoSecurity as Engagement Consultant, Senior Delivery Manager, and SDM - Regional Team Lead. Lydia continued their career at Tech Nation as a Delivery Lead, focusing on Agile Transformation. Currently, Lydia is working as a Delivery Director at Cprime, Inc and as a Scale Coach at Baltic Ventures, showcasing their expertise in delivery management and agile practices.

Lydia Hawthorn completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Nottingham from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended St. Peters school in York from 2001 to 2010. In 2021, Lydia obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
