Dhiraj Asija is a seasoned professional in service delivery and quality management, currently serving as Director - Service Delivery, Quality at Bill Gosling Outsourcing India since October 2023. Prior to this, Dhiraj held the position of Assistant Vice President - Service Delivery, Quality at MattsenKumar LLC from July 2015 to October 2023, and previously progressed through various roles at HyperQuality, Inc. from November 2004 to June 2015, including Group Manager and Operations Manager. Dhiraj's career began at vCustomer as a Customer Care Executive from September 2002 to February 2004, following education at St. Marks School.
