Diana Coleman

Diana Coleman is an experienced energy market policy manager currently employed at CPS Energy since June 2019. Previously, Coleman served as a senior market specialist at the Office of Public Utility Counsel, where representation of consumer interests in electric utility market projects was key, including participation in public advocacy and communications before regulatory agencies. Prior roles include wholesale market analyst and enforcement analyst at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, focused on regulatory development and compliance actions. Coleman’s career began in training and compliance at ERCOT and Texas Reliability Entity. Coleman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Texas State University.
