Heather Hollis Cooper

Heather Hollis Cooper is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in pipe design and project management across various organizations, currently serving as the ERP Transformation Capability Track Lead at CPS Energy since September 2017. Previous roles include technical analyst at Addison Group for Texas Gas Services, and various positions at INEOS, Magnum Engineering and Controls, and Exxon Mobil, where responsibilities encompassed pipe design, cost control, project coordination, and the development of project documentation. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical/Electronics Drafting from Houston Community College, complemented by foundational education in Drafting Technology from San Jacinto College.
