David Niemeyer

David Niemeyer is an experienced executive recruiter at CPS HR Consulting since October 2021. Previously, David held several leadership positions, including Village Manager for the Village of Tinley Park from June 2014 to October 2021, and Village Manager for the Village of Oak Brook from 2007 to June 2014. David’s extensive career includes roles as City Manager for the City of Des Plaines (2003-2007), Village Manager for the Village of Homewood (1998-2003), the Village of Richton Park (1993-1998), the Village of Orland Hills (1988-1993), and City Administrator for the City of Harvard (1986-1988). David holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Northern Illinois University.
