Sandy MacDonald-Hopp has a strong background in finance and budget analysis. Sandy began their career at Lockheed Martin as a Sr. Budget Analyst in 1990 and stayed with the company for 14 years. In 2004, they joined Ahtna Government Services Corporation as CFO, and after two years, they moved to CPS HR Consulting in the same role in 2006.
Sandy MacDonald-Hopp completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government at The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of New Mexico from 1992 to 1994.
