Susan Crossett

Susan Crossett has an extensive work experience spanning over several organizations. Susan began their career in 1996 as the Manager of Government Affairs at Carrier Corporation, where they managed state government relations in six states with manufacturing operations. Susan later joined National Grid in 1999 and held various roles, including Vice President of Economic Development and Community Investment, Vice President of Energy Solutions Services, and Vice President of Public Affairs. In 2011, Susan joined Harris Beach PLLC as a Corporate Strategy and Public Affairs Advisor, providing public affairs, communications, and corporate strategy for clients in the energy and economic development industry. In 2013, they became the President and CEO of Partners in Franciscan Ministries, overseeing incorporated ministries and managing the turnaround of organizations in fiscal crisis. Most recently, Susan Crossett assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at CPS Recruitment, Inc. in 2020, delivering customized recruiting solutions and staffing services to businesses in New York and the Northeast.

Susan Crossett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University. Susan also has a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. In addition, Susan has completed an Executive Education Certificate program at The Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education, with a focus on Boards that Lead: Corporate Governance that Builds Value.
