Marcia Cooper

Marcia Cooper is a senior corporate counsel and privacy officer at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Prior to that, Marcia worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as a director of knowledge management and associate lawyer. Marcia received their LLB in Law from the University of Toronto in 1991 and their B. Comm in Commerce from Queen's University in 1988.
