Keith Cook

Keith oversees all operational, sales, and P&L responsibilities for CPS’ Azina division. He has over three decades of executive experience in retail, specialty, mail order, hospital pharmacy, and pharmacy benefits management. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Executive Management Program for Leaders, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas.
