Valerie W. possesses extensive experience in customer service and project coordination, currently holding the title of Customer Service Team Manager and Field Vendor Network Manager at CPT Network Solutions since 2009. In addition, Valerie W. is the owner of make-out goods, a small craft business focusing on up-cycling vintage materials into various soft and paper goods, home accessories, and jewelry since July 2004. Valerie W. also served as a Senior Project Coordinator and Billing Coordinator at CrossCom National from October 1997 to November 2008, where responsibilities included leading multi-site projects for national retailers and managing financial transactions and discrepancies.
