Carolyn Beard

Carolyn Beard, PMP, CSM, is an experienced project manager with a robust background in managing a diverse range of projects across various organizations. Currently serving as HHSC Project Manager for the NEDDS Interoperability and Functional Improvements at the Texas Department of State Health Services since February 2022, Carolyn also provides project management expertise for TxDOT ITD PMO and has held positions at CPU Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previous experience includes senior project management roles at Douglas County and project management roles within Texas Department of State Health Services, Catholic Health Initiatives, and the City of Austin. Carolyn holds a BA in Math and Computer Science from the University of Houston and has completed further education at the University of Denver.
