Sylvie Fayolle

Sylvie Fayolle has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Sylvie started their career in 1999 at Parker New York, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Rooms, Director of Revenue Management, and General Manager. In 2019, they joined InspĪr as the General Manager, overseeing the pre-opening and opening of a luxury senior living facility. In 2021, they worked as a Task Force Interim General Manager at Empire Hotel NYC. Currently, Sylvie serves as the Corporate Director of Operations at Club Quarters Hotels.

Sylvie Fayolle has a diverse educational background. Sylvie first attended Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Maitrise with a focus on Langues Étrangères Appliquées (Applied Foreign Languages). Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Surrey in 1994-1995, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in International Hotel Management.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sylvie has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2003, they completed the Professional Development Program, Strategic Pricing for Hotels at Cornell University. Later, in 2019, they obtained the Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate, also from Cornell University.
