Abigail McGuckin is an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader at CQ Medical since January 2024, previously serving as the Composite Center FSCC Lead at Boeing from February 2019 to January 2024, where leadership of a cross-functional team facilitated the resolution of production issues and part defects. Prior to this role, Abigail worked as a Product Review Engineer at Boeing, acting as a liaison for the Advanced Chinook Rotor Blade. Abigail's experience at CDI Aerospace spanned from September 2012 to February 2019, including project management for various mechanical and hydraulic components of the 777X aircraft and roles as Design Engineer and Stress Analysis Engineer. Abigail began the career as an Engineering Technician, focusing on structural analysis for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Abigail holds both Bachelor and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, obtained between 2011 and 2016.
