Bob Lind

Bob Lind has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Bob currently holds a position as the Vice President of Information Technology at CQ Partners since December 2021.

Before this, Bob worked at Consult YHN (formerly AHAA) from January 2013 to December 2021, where they served as the Director of IT and Project Management. In this role, they were responsible for all IT initiatives, including application development and enterprise systems migrations for the parent company's five additional "Networks Group" companies. Bob also oversaw project design, development, budgeting, communication, testing, and implementation for high-profile customer-facing and internal projects.

Prior to their position at Consult YHN, Bob held the role of IT Director at American Hearing Aid Associates from September 2011 to January 2013. Here, Bob managed a team of IT professionals and led initiatives to improve software applications, network infrastructure, and security. Bob also implemented a new customer-facing website and supporting applications on a Content Management platform.

Bob's earlier experience includes various roles at TCIM Services, Inc. from 1992 to 2011. Their responsibilities ranged from being the VP of Application Development, Director of Application Development, and Manager of Application Development. In these positions, Bob managed development projects, led software development teams, designed applications, and implemented standardized development techniques to increase efficiency. Bob also supervised IT operations, conducted program maintenance, and administered hardware and network infrastructure.
