Jason DiOttavio began their work experience in 2010 as a Light Industrial and IT Recruiter at ATS - Anchor Technical Services. In 2011, they joined CQ Partners as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Team Lead.

Jason DiOttavio completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 2005 and 2009. In addition, they obtained certifications in Hiring and Recruitment Strategy, Employer Branding, and Recruitment Metrics & Analytics from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2022, 2021, and 2020 respectively.
