Olivia Kapfhammer

Olivia Kapfhammer has a diverse work experience in the audiology and healthcare industry. Their most recent position was as an Account Manager at CQ Partners, where they provided business services to healthcare professionals in a mid-Atlantic territory. Olivia developed and implemented business and marketing plans to drive business growth and provided onsite training to support practice development and patient care.

Prior to that, Olivia worked at Cognivue, Inc. as a Regional Account Manager and an Audiology Account Manager. In these roles, they used Cognivue's FDA-cleared technology to spread awareness and increase the early detection of cognitive impairment. Olivia collaborated with medical specialties and ENT and audiology professionals to implement the technology and improve patient care.

Olivia's previous experiences include working as an Audiologist at HearingLife, where they provided audiological services. Olivia also worked at PIEDMONT ENT SPECIALIST, P.C. as an Audiologist, and at ATLANTA INSTITUTE FOR ENT, PC as a Clinical Audiologist.

Olivia started their career as an Audiology Extern at ENT Associates of East Texas, where they gained experience in audiological and vestibular diagnostics, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and programming.

Throughout their career, Olivia has demonstrated their expertise in audiology and healthcare management, along with a strong commitment to patient care and practice development.

Olivia Kapfhammer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Olivia then pursued further education at the University of Louisville, where they obtained a Doctorate of Audiology in Audiology, completing their studies from 2013 to 2017.
