Lyndsey Nassim (DipM) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lyndsey currently serves as the Head of Marketing at CQI | The Chartered Quality Institute, where they are responsible for growing brand awareness and driving membership and professional development product growth. Prior to that, they worked at The Royal College of Surgeons of England as the Digital Discovery Lead, leading an organizational audit and review to design a roadmap for digital transformation. Lyndsey also held the position of Head of Marketing at the college. Lyndsey has also worked at Dementia UK as a communications support and at AD Charitable Trust as a Lead Researcher and Marketer, championing digital transformation projects. Lyndsey has an extensive background in the nonprofit sector, having served as the Head of Marketing and Sales Development (Commercial) and the Head of Sales & Marketing (National Centres) at The Scout Association. Additionally, they worked at Baden-Powell House and Gilwell Park Conference Centres as the Head of Marketing and Sales (National Centres). In the early stages of their career, Lyndsey worked at The National Magazine Company as an Advertising Director, Advertising Manager, and Senior Sales Executive, and at Hearst UK as a Sales/Agency Sales Executive. Overall, Lyndsey brings a wealth of experience in marketing, digital transformation, and nonprofit sector expertise.
Lyndsey Nassim (DipM) has a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Media Studies from the University of Westminster, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed A levels at Richmond upon Thames College from 1991 to 1993. Lyndsey also attended Burlington Danes from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained their GCSEs.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Lyndsey Nassim has pursued further certifications. Lyndsey achieved the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing and completed a course on The Digital Customer Experience, both of which were obtained from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in November 2020. In November 2012, they obtained the ILM Level 5 Award in Management from EQV (UK) Ltd. Furthermore, they became a member of the CIM MCIM, or Chartered Institute of Marketing, in March 2021.
