Francis Patrick West possesses extensive experience in various management and security roles, currently serving as a Residential Manager at C&R Management Group since August 1983, where responsibilities include showing and renting apartments and maintaining records. Additionally, Francis has worked as a Security Engagement Specialist at Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative since September 2019 and has a background as an Unarmed Instructor. A significant portion of Francis's career involved numerous security officer positions across several firms between 2017 and 2019. Prior experience includes a 34-year tenure at Central City Concern in multiple capacities, along with a role as Counselor II/D detoxification technician at CODA, Inc. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Concordia University-Portland and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Portland Community College.
