Tom Stamp

Tom Stamp has over a decade of experience in management roles, currently serving as the Residential Centre Manager at Field Studies Council since June 2010, where responsibilities include managing income and expenditure while consistently exceeding financial targets. Previous leadership roles include interim management in North Wales and pioneering a Seasonal Operating model at Dale Fort Field Centre. Tom has also served as Operations Manager, overseeing a diverse team and ensuring compliance with statutory health and safety regulations. Additionally, experience as an Education Team Leader with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency includes roles in team training and technical rescue operations. Earlier positions include roles in education as a Geography Teacher and Subject Leader, as well as management positions at Lidl UK and McDonald's Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Plymouth and a PGCE in Geography and PE from Aberystwyth University.
