Dale Lay has extensive work experience in the field of Production Support and Engineering. They started their career at London Bridge Group in 1998 as a Remote Support specialist and later worked as a Software Engineer at London Bridge until 2004. In 1998, they also joined Fair Isaac, where they held the role of Production Support Lead Engineer for over two decades. At Fair Isaac, Dale gained expertise in managing the AS/400 system, using Connect:Direct and FTP for file transfers, and efficiently managing multiple Recovery Management System (RMS) ASP client environments. In 2021, Dale joined C&R Software as a Lead Engineer for Production Support.
Dale Lay received an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Georgia Piedmont Technical College between the years 1970 and 1972.
