Nitin Gaikwad

Nitin Gaikwad is an experienced professional currently serving as General Manager for CR3 in India since February 2025. Prior to this, Nitin held the position of Regional Manager for Robotics Solutions in the GCC region at Kanoo Energy from December 2023 to January 2025. A significant part of Nitin's career was spent at Sulzer from January 2009 to January 2023, where roles included Head TFS India-Middle East Region and COO of Sulzer India. Nitin also served in various capacities at Sab Technical Services (I) Private Limited from January 2004 to January 2009, advancing from Project Manager to Director of Operations, and began the career at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. as an Executive from January 2001 to January 2004. Nitin's educational background includes an Executive Management Program at the Indian School of Business and another at MIT Sloan School of Management, both enhancing skills in business administration and management across industries.
