Vladimir Mikhalyov is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in developing complex applications for the finance and regulatory sectors. At Crabel Capital Management since July 2006, Vladimir has specialized in creating multi-tiered, multi-threaded, real-time applications for trading and research, overseeing the full development cycle from design to deployment. Prior experience includes a role as a software analyst at Decade Software Company, LLC, where desktop applications were developed for regulatory government agencies, and as a software programmer at Distributed Software Development, Inc., focused on applications for public safety agencies. Vladimir holds a Master's Degree in Flight Control Systems from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), which was completed between 1981 and 1987.
