Daniel Nixa

Daniel Nixa is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both software engineering and legal practice. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at GC AI since April 2025, Daniel previously contributed to the Integrations team at Ironclad from April 2019 to April 2025, leading the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Prior to their engineering career, Daniel was a Partner at Smith Gambrell Russell and founded The Nixa Law Firm, focusing on civil rights and police misconduct cases. Additionally, Daniel held roles at the City of Chicago Department of Law and Schiff Hardin LLP, representing both public and Fortune 100 clients in various legal matters. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
