Doug Couvillion was named Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Supply Chain for Cracker Barrel in November 2016. He is responsible for the sourcing and supply chain functions including the sourcing of food, equipment and supplies. In addition, Mr. Couvillion leads the company’s off-premise business while also overseeing real estate, construction, facilities and retail merchandise distribution.
Mr. Couvillion, with more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and retail industries, joined Cracker Barrel in January 2001 as Vice President of Finance. He has since held roles as Vice President, Corporate Controller & Principal Accounting Officer, and Vice President of Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.
Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, he previously held positions at Landry's Restaurants and Deloitte.
Mr. Couvillion holds a finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA.
