Erin Watson

Erin Watson currently serves as the Director of Merchandise Buying at Cracker Barrel, a position held since June 2020, following a progressive career in retail buying that includes roles as Senior Buyer and Buyer focused on candy, snacks, and beverages. Erin has also been an Independent Consultant at Cavalier Consulting, LLC since October 2019, providing insights and strategy for customer account objectives. Previously, Erin spent over 12 years at Kirkland's, advancing from Assistant Buyer to Senior Buyer, and was responsible for assortment creation, financial planning, and collaboration with planning partners to enhance sales and inventory performance. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on Fashion Merchandising from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 2006.
