Jackie Cato CFI, LPC is an experienced professional in loss prevention with a strong background in management and operational strategies. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Loss Prevention at Cracker Barrel since December 2003, Jackie has successfully managed loss prevention initiatives, day-to-day operations, and budgeting processes. Previous roles include Regional Loss Prevention Manager where Jackie implemented a $2M food cost reduction program and managed the civil recovery program, resulting in significant savings. Earlier experience includes positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as Loss Prevention & Safety Manager, Neiman Marcus as Loss Prevention Agent, and Montgomery Wards as Loss Prevention & Safety Manager. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Northern Michigan University and has studied Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at Grand Rapids Community College.
