Marci Sigmund

Marci Sigmund has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Marci is currently the Vice President Talent Acquisition at Cracker Barrel, where they are responsible for hiring management and hourly staff for over 700 locations across the United States. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Talent Acquisition at Sitel Group, where they led a team of 200+ members in hiring virtual and on-site agents across various industries. Marci also held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition North America at SYKES and Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition at Caleres, Inc. At Caleres, they oversaw the hiring of retail, warehouse, sales, and corporate roles globally. Before these roles, Marci gained experience in talent acquisition at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Intecon Information Technology & Consulting, and SYKES.

Marci Sigmund has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
