Mike Liedberg has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Mike started their career at Avado Brands in 1988, where they served as President/CEO, Director, and Senior VP of Various Brands. Mike also held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at Don Pablo's Mexican Kitchen and Director of Operations and Training at Applebee's. In 2001, they became the President and CEO of Restaurant and Franchising Operations at Desert Moon Cafe until 2003. From 2003 to 2012, they served as the Executive Vice President of Restaurant Operations at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. Mike then joined LM Restaurants in 2012 as the Vice President of Restaurant Operations before moving to Hard Rock International in 2016 as the Vice President of Restaurant Operations for North America West. Most recently, they joined Cracker Barrel in 2019 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations Services.
Mike Liedberg has completed an MBA Certificate Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Human Resources Certificate at The University of Georgia.
