Tom Spellman

Tom Spellman began their career in human resources at Argosy Casino & Hotel as an HR Generalist. Tom then moved on to Frisch's Restaurants as a Field HR Manager before joining Cracker Barrel, where Tom currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Field HR and Talent Acquisition. Spellman graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a BA in Labor Relations and also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Labor and Industrial Relations. Tom attended Covington Catholic High School and has a background in sourcing and screening top industry managers.
