Janelle Carter

Janelle Carter is a seasoned professional in development and event management with extensive experience in non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Development Director at Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America since February 2023, Janelle previously held the position of Director, Donor Development at March of Dimes from May 2022 to January 2023. Prior roles include Development Director for Special Events at Cradle of Liberty Council from April 2018 to May 2022, and Associate Director of Development at Legacy Youth Tennis and Education from June 2016 to April 2018. Janelle also served as Operations Supervisor at Historic Philadelphia Inc. and Associate Director of Events and Facility Rentals at Independence Seaport Museum.
