Melanie Flowers

Melanie Flowers is a seasoned professional in workforce strategy and education with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Chief Workforce Strategy Officer at Craft Education System since February 2024, Flowers also holds positions as Board Officer (Secretary) and Board Member at the National Association of Workforce Boards since June 2022. Additionally, Flowers contributes as a Board Member and Board Chair at Skillpoint Alliance and Workforce Solutions Capital Area, roles assumed in March 2019 and November 2018 respectively. Prior to these roles, Flowers was the Vice President of Industry Partnerships at Pathful Inc. from September 2021 to February 2024 and spent over two decades at SAMSUNG AUSTIN SEMICONDUCTOR, culminating as Head of Technical Training.
