Andrew Morrow currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for CRAFT Hospitality Group and is the Founder of Tomorrow Hospitality Agency, a consultancy dedicated to advancing hospitality brands through diverse services including concept creation and market analysis. Previously, Andrew held positions such as Director of Operations at The Firmament Hospitality Group, where responsibilities included developing the London Project Brand internationally, and Group Culinary Director at Iconic Hotels by Geocon, focusing on establishing a culinary department. Additional experience includes roles at Roya International Hospitality & Leisure Consultants LLC, Star Corporation, Emirates Palace, and Hayman Island Resort, where Andrew developed and managed operational strategies and culinary excellence. Andrew holds a degree in Commercial Cookery from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
