Duncan Fraser-Smith is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in strategic thinking, creative design, operational delivery, and brand development. As Co-Founder of CRAFT Hospitality Group since May 2024, Duncan collaborates with global hospitality retail and consumer brand makers on client-focused projects. Since August 2013, Duncan has served as Founder of The Cutting Edge Agency, delivering innovative food and beverage concepts across the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. A Creator of MasterChef the TV Experience from 2018 to June 2023, Duncan secured the brand's trust for a remarkable outlet. Additionally, Duncan has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of TFG Food and Beverage at The First Group and CEO of Clé Dubai, contributing to the advancement of the dining scene in Dubai. Educational qualifications include a Diploman (Honours) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Hotel Institute Montreux.
