Traci Beach is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in leading organizations and strategic initiatives. As the CEO of Craft Impact Marketing since October 2014, Traci specializes in developing change communications strategies and coordinating comprehensive marketing efforts. In addition to serving as Chief Communications Officer for Vantage Impact, Traci is an official member of the Young Entrepreneur Council and has been a Tampa Correspondent for Business Observer since April 2013. Traci's past roles include Communications Consultant for TriNet and CEO of the networking platform GiveGrowShare. Traci holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
