Ayelet Abu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ayelet most recently worked as the Director of Customer Success at Craft.io, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Unwrapped from December 2019 to July 2020, where they managed relationships with customers in the Travel & Hospitality industries globally. Ayelet also served as an Education Officer (Lieutenant) in the Israeli Defence Force from 2001 to 2004, where they wrote and executed educational programs for soldiers and organized events.
