Kristina Martynenko

Kristina Martynenko has worked in the product management industry since 2018. From 2018-2019, they served as a Product Manager at Nagarro, where they integrated usability studies, research, and market analysis into product demands to enhance user satisfaction. Kristina also worked closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction objectives were met. From 2019-2020, they worked as a Product Manager at GlobalLogic, where they formed a division-level competence model for product management and created and standardized a best practice methodology for significant product management activities. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager at Craft.io, where they work with agile product management pioneers to automate, optimize, and streamline workflows and different aspects of product management.

Kristina Martynenko has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington, which they earned between 2015 and 2018.
